The establishment of this framework agreement provides a compliant solution to enable contracting authorities to procure the services of a Managing Agent to manage outsourced waste management (collection and disposal) services through the creation of a call off contract.
Commissioning the service is made by placing a call off order (contract) directly with the supplier
